Latte of our customer, who is a Bernese boy in his 9, has been led by Acto to give blood sample to Misinistry of Agriculture three months before his journey. And in the meantime his container during the journey was decided. The container is defined in IATA LAR in which our friends can easily stand on all fours and circle around. As per the standards, we needed to have built a special one to our partner in 140*80*110 cms dims out of wood. After heat treatment, we delivered it to Latte’s former home in Istanbul to get used to.
We booked his ticket on Turkish Airlines IST-DXB and in the same time, we contacted the import agent for his permits to avoid any extra waiting times in his arrival.
On his travel day, we sensitively planned his minimum waiting time in the Istanbul Aiport and picked him from home. After arrival in the departure airport, we delivered his health certificate along with all the needed paperwork to the flight. In the time of departure, our parnter in DXB was waiting him to make sure he is safely handled during arrival customs processes.
